London Part 2

Big Ben and the Parliament building are probably my favorite sights to look at in London.
They are massive and incredibly beautiful and the way they set together creates a beautiful scene.

It looks good at night,

and during the day.

From up  high,

or down below!
Incredible detail and beauty!

Next stop was a trip over the Thames to ride the London Eye.
Great for fun photos and an amazing view of the surroundings!

View back towards Buckingham Palace

In case you are wondering, the rides moves pretty slowly and the entire rotation takes about 30 minutes.

And so ended our day.
We headed back to the hotel for some much awaited sleep.

  1. I'm so glad you are posting these pictures and telling us about your trip!!! I am so thankful to have been able to visit London while visiting y'all while you lived in England. And now it's nice to see some of the things I enjoyed, like the London Eye! I'm also thinking about how little Hannah and Ivan were when I was there. Jenelle was only weeks old, Hannah and Ivan were little people... still such beautiful smiling kiddos, just bigger.
